Delivery Policy

  • Our delivery charges are as follows
  • Minimum Order £30 to qualify for Free Delivery
  • Under £30 order will result in fixed delivery charge of £2.50
  • *Next day delivery is currently available in the Normanton area and within a 4 mile radius. We have set days for delivery for all other areas and we will continue to increase the number of delivery slots on a regular basis.
  • We will contact you on the day of your delivery to confirm the time that we will reach your property. We will aim to contact you between 9am and 7pm on the day of your delivery.
  • If there is no one at the property to accept the delivery at the point that our driver arrives, we will refund the cost of goods but a £2.99 charge will apply in all cases, regardless of your order value. The refund of goods will take up to 10 working days to process and will be paid back to the card that was used during the original purchase.
  • Once your order is completed, you will not be able to amend your delivery time. If you need to change the delivery time, your order will need to be cancelled by contacting info@ismahfoods.co.uk and you should quote your name, order reference number, contact number and home address in the email. If you cancel your order on the day of your delivery, a charge of £2.99 will be applied as the order would have already been dispatched. If you cancel your order before the day of your delivery, no charges will be applied and a full refund will be processed within 10 working days, payable back to the card that was used during the original purchase.



If you wish to return any items of purchase that you have made using our website, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you through the process via email info@ismahfoods.co.uk and we will get back to you.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our cancellation policy and our Terms and Conditions.


Please notify us about the damaged goods or defective product, in line with Clause 14.4 of our Terms and Conditions.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

It is advised that the return packaging should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods which includes frozen items. We are unable to accept returns for any grooming or healthcare products.


Any refund due will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the goods.
